Lynn M. Smith - President/Chief  Financial Officer

Ms. Smith has been in Palm Beach County area for over 45 years. Lynn has been servicing customers' needs in the banking industry for over 30 years. She showed her dedication and loyalty by working with one organization for over 24 years. In 1987, she received the "Employee of the Year" Award, the criteria to hold this award required numerous community service hours and several accomplishments at the Bank. She managed branches and departments during her career at the bank gathering a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with customers and employees. The final position held was a Senior Vice President role in the Operations Department.

She is currently active in the Palms West Chamber of Commerce and the Lantana Chamber of Commece and has been associated with several business groups , Leadership Boynton Beach and Civitan Clubs. Ms. Smith earned her associates degree in Business Administration and Management from Palm Beach State College.

Ted Scinski  - Vice President

Mr. Scinski is a veteran of the United States Air Force, as a Security Police Law Enforcement Specialist. During his enlistment he was team leader for the Emergency Service Team (SWAT) and became a Security Police investigator, attending the Military Police Investigators School in Aniston Alabama. The 4^th rated law enforcement school in the nation. Was honorably discharged in 1989 where he entered Hotel Security.

He started at the Boca Raton resort and Club as a relief supervisor/manager on duty. After leaving Boca, to join the opening team for the Ritz Carlton Palm Beach as assistant Security Director. Eventually becoming, Director of Security before leaving to run transportation for the Breakers Hotel. Ted has lived in Palm Beach County since he left the Air Force.

Lyall Smith - Operations Manager/Junior Executive Officer

Mr. Smith has been in Palm Beach County area for over 22 years. Lyall earned his criminal justice degree through Palm Beach State College in 2009. Lyall has been in the security industry for over 5 years with various experiences operating and developing business opportunities for the company since Security Providers of Florida started over 41/2 years ago.  He maintains the security sites and focuses on the needs of our clients ensuring the commitment to excellence everyday.
